Changed your mind?
Should you decide your adopted creature is not right for you, I do accept returns. However, you must contact me within 14 days after receiving your order to arrange a return & refund. It is your responsibility to return the item to me safely (signed/tracked at your expense) within 14 days in its original undamaged state. I can only refund you once I receive the item.
Iām afraid I currently do not accept exchanges due to the nature of the creatures.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and get in touch immediately if the item is damaged, so that I can evaluate the issue and find a satisfactory solution!
I endeavour to ensure your creatures make their way to you safely and are carefully packaged to protect them from damage. If this happens whilst they are on their travels, you may contact me within 14 days of receiving your item with photos of its condition to arrange a return. In this instance, I shall cover the cost of shipping. Once I have received the item, I will process your refund, or in this instance, an exchange (where possible). Your creature may also be able to visit the Fell Moss Hollow Healing Grotto for any repairs and be sent back to you!
